We fix the goals of the project, the format of B2B and B2G support, stages, deadlines and KPIs. We consolidate the legal and organizational conditions of interaction, including confidentiality and responsibility of the parties.
We are developing an institutional roadmap for business development, including a detailed map of stakeholders: key business structures, authorities, decision-making centers and access points. We define the roles, interests and levels of influence of the participants, form a strategy for B2B and B2G communications and a sequence of steps to achieve a business result.
We build B2B and B2G communications, support negotiations, working groups and industry platforms. We provide legal and GR support for the client's initiatives and projects.
Reporting and process management
We provide regular reporting, performance monitoring, and evaluation of interim results. We are adjusting the strategy to reflect changes in the regulatory and corporate environment.
